We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund according to the policy below.

Return Eligibility

  • Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be:
  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice
  • Damaged, broken, or used products are not eligible for return unless received defective.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged items caused by customer handling
  • Products without original packaging
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Clearance or final sale products

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • A wrong product

Please contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
  • Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery orders, bank account details may be required for refund processing.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, return shipping charges will be covered by us.
  • For other return reasons, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
