Return Eligibility
- Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice
- Damaged, broken, or used products are not eligible for return unless received defective.
Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged items caused by customer handling
- Products without original packaging
- Customized or special-order items
- Clearance or final sale products
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective item
- A wrong product
Please contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue.
Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
- Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- In case of Cash on Delivery orders, bank account details may be required for refund processing.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, return shipping charges will be covered by us.
- For other return reasons, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
